October, 27, 2009 – Concert in dedication of the 227^th anniversary of Niccolo Paganini’s birthday took place in the Grand Hall of Moscow State Conservatory. For the first time over the last 100 years Violin Concert No. 4 by Henry Vieuxtemps was performed on the Guarneri del Gesu violin “ex-Vieuxtemps” circa 1741 which belonged to him.
